aperol spritz

Ingredients

• 3 ounces Aperol
• 3 ounces Prosecco (or any dry sparkling wine)
• 1 ounce soda water
• Ice cubes
• Orange slice, for garnish
• Green olive, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Fill a wine glass or a stemmed glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the Aperol.
3. Add the Prosecco on top of the Aperol.
4. Finish with a splash of soda water.
5. Gently stir the mixture to combine the ingredients.
6. Garnish the drink with a slice of orange, placing it on the rim of the glass.
7. Optionally, add a green olive for a savory twist.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Aperol Spritz!

You can change how much Aperol or Prosecco you use to make it taste just right for you. Some people like more Aperol for sweetness, others want more Prosecco for a drier taste. Try different amounts until it’s perfect for you. Cheers!
