paloma recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 ounces grapefruit soda (such as Jarritos or Squirt)
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedge, for garnish
- Salt, for rimming (optional)
Instructions:
- Rim a highball glass with salt (optional). To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it into a plate of salt.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the tequila and fresh lime juice.
- Top it off with grapefruit soda.
- Give it a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
- Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.

You can adjust the sweetness and tartness of the Paloma by adding more or less grapefruit soda and lime juice according to your taste preference. Cheers!
