Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 1 can pizza dough store-bought or homemade

Fillings

  • 1 cup cooked crispy bacon crumbled
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Topping

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12x8 inches.
  • Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly over the ranch-covered dough.
  • Add the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top of the bacon.
  • Evenly sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the cheese layer.
  • Starting from one of the longer sides, tightly roll up the dough into a log shape.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 1-inch pieces to create individual rolls.
  • Place the sliced rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter to enhance browning.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with extra ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

For an extra kick, consider adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to the filling before rolling up the dough. These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven to retain their crispiness.
